To-Do Type is localized dictionary containing types/categories used for To-Do Items.

	DisplayAs	Displayable name. Max Length=256
	IsDefault	Boolean flag; True indicates default To-Do Type. There can be zero or one default record in the table; i.e. configuration with no default record is allowed.
